SPA Yoga is a 90-minute slow flow floor-based yoga class. The class engages all five senses with soft candlelight room, soothing music, aromatherapy (essential oils), hands on assists, and a renewed sense of taste.
The physical practice focuses on opening all energetic points of the body to leave you feeling deeply relaxed.
We will end with a relaxing 20-minute guided savasana meditation.
Be prepared to feel like you just walked out of a SPA!
